Pre-Order Guidelines
At Sam’s Banana Pudding, all pre-orders are prepared fresh to ensure quality and availability. Please review the guidelines below before placing your order.
Pre-orders are accepted during the following timeframe:
Monday at 12:00 PM (EST) through Thursday at 12:00 PM (EST)
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to select your preferred pickup day:
- Friday Pickup: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday Pickup: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
All orders must be picked up within the selected timeframe.
All Pre-Orders Are Final: All pre-orders are non-refundable. Once your order is placed, it is prepared specifically for your selected pickup day.
Missed Pickup Policy: Failure to pick up your order within the scheduled pickup window will result in:
- The order being considered fulfilled
- The order remaining non-refundable
Re-Make Option: If you miss your scheduled pickup, you may request a one-time re-make of your order:
- A flat $10 re-make fee will apply
- Re-make orders must be scheduled for the next available pickup day (Friday or Saturday)
- Subject to availability
